Last night I did so good. I replaced my Starbucks with an unsweetened tazo black tea. My family had ribs and potatoes and noodle salad for dinner. I made a separate noodle salad that was gluten free. It was surprisingly not bad. They got chocolate cake for dinner. Instead of having that, I had a shake. Today I feel less bloated.
